How To Get Your Ex BackGet your ex boyfriend back today

Avoid Contact

Avoiding communication may seem to be the opposite to rebuilding a failed relationship but it’s one of the most important steps. At this point it’s obvious that both you and him need to have a short break - possibly even an extended break. This will allow much needed time for a reflection of your relationship together. This gives you both a chance to evaluate the past and your time together. This also gives your ex boyfriend time to clear his head, and think about things between you two and how valuable your time together was.

Be Strong

Don’t let him see how hurt you really are, keep all your tears behind closed doors or in front of friends only. Desperate behaviour, such as calling your ex boyfriend when drunk, will more likely drive him further away than bring him back. It is highly important to prove to yourself that you can cope even in the toughest of times. While I am not claiming that break-ups are easy, you must keep the tears to yourself, in private. Don’t let him see your weakness!

Flexibility

This isn’t the time to start pointless arguments and issues such as "You have until Friday to get your stuff, or else!” You won’t be able to scare him into returning, so don’t even try this. Keep in mind that your ex boyfriend broke it off because he was unsatisfied with some aspect of your relationship. For you this means you must become the listener. Although this does not mean you have to concede to his every demand - remember stay strong. You will however probably have to meet beyond halfway when trying to rebuild the bridge of communication.

Don’t be Lonely

This is not the time to be alone. Call your friends and do something, get out of the house. You need to develop a hobby if you haven’t already got one. You need to get out and have some fun. This doesn’t mean you need to date or even look into getting a new boyfriend - although who knows what the future holds. It means you need to stay occupied and develop a realization of who you are. Getting out of the house will be very helpful for when you get back with your Ex. You will have more to talk about and should have some interesting stories to tell. A girls night out, will do you good!

Just be yourself!

There were many reasons why you and your ex partner were initially attracted to each other, and a main reason was that you are a unique person. Think back to what made these first weeks or months of your relationship so special and try to identify what has changed. Sometimes relationships can become monotonous and you can forget what it was that made both attracted to each other.
